Certified in Baptiste Power of Yoga, Sivananda 200 RYT and others, Suzee teaches breath based Baptiste style yoga yet is influenced by many other styles. A vipassana practitioner, she believes that fitness includes the mind and spirit as well as the physical body. Some of her well known teachers include Sherri Baptiste, Sharon Gannon, Larry Payne, Tias Little, Ann Barros, Jack Kornfield, and Swami Veda Bharati. In addition to Kentfield Fitness, Suzee teaches senior chair yoga and childrenâ€™s classes.
After being taken by a friend to a yoga class where she found peace, serenity, and new ways to breathe yoga became Suzzeeâ€™s passion. Transformed by this beautiful practice, she has been drawn to study with many different teachers all over the world, not just for the physical aspects of yoga but for the ancient wisdom imparted by it as well.
