Rob Viramontes has been a professional personal trainer for over 16 years. His passion for fitness started at a young age through sports participation such as football, basketball and baseball. Rob is also the current girl’s varsity basketball coach for Tamalpais High School and has coached high school basketball for 8 seasons. Through his years of training experience, Rob has learned to combine the very best fitness training techniques with common sense advice on nutrition to maximize any workout program.
His immeasurable energy and devotion to helping others enables him to guide his clients to achieving their fitness goals. Robâ€™s training programs integrate fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to empower each client to define and reach personal goals, both physically and mentally.
Rob spent 4 years working as a physical therapy aide and has several years of experience working directly with physicians, physical therapists and health care providers in order to develop the most efficient and safe conditioning programs.
