Mike Block began his personal training career after working for three years at a local physical therapy clinic as a physical therapistâ€™s aide. Assisting in all different types of physical therapy for patients of all ages prepared Mike to help clients meet their rehab and fitness goals. His own background in many sports including surfing, gymnastics, mountain biking, snowboarding, skiing and rock-climbing/mountaineering contributes to his knowledge of how to best to achieve athletic results for clients.

Mike has a low key, relaxed personality and demonstrates great patience and care with clients of any age or physical ability. With a focus on stabilization and strengthening of the hips, shoulders, knees and core clients of Mikeâ€™s often find themselves â€śahead of the curveâ€ť in their rehabilitation and fitness. Whether your needs are post operation rehab, pre operation pre-hab, weight loss, strength training, balance improvement, coordination, or agility training Mike has the knowledge, willingness and dedication to provide expert guidance to a high level of fitness.
