Michael Andrews has started in the fitness industry in 1988. He has an extensive background in outdoor adventure sports including tennis conditioning, mountain biking, motocross, mountaineering, rock climbing, boxing, windsurfing, sailing, backcountry, cross-country, and down hill skiing has given him a unique approach to fitness training for his clients. Mike holds certifications in everything from TRX to USA Cycling Sport Level Coaching and Nordic Ski Instruction.
Mike has worked with a variety of clients from national champion mountain bike racers and skiers, to 60+ tennis players recovering from shoulder surgery. Using a number of different modalities to help clients reach their goals Mike uses combinations of yoga, heart rate based aerobic training, Olympic lifting, body weight circuit training, plyometric training, kettle bell and TRX training.
His current focus is working with masters and senior aged clients who want to maintain an active, athletic life style and enjoy getting out and â€śdoing it.â€ť He passionately enjoys getting clients ready for the next adventure.
