An avid runner, skier, tennis player, hiker, cyclist and overall outdoor enthusiast, Mary Catherine is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), certified spin instructor and specializes in pre and post natal training.
As a busy mother of a two year old, she understands the need for oneâ€™s fitness training to be both physically challenging, but also concise and physically functional in preparing them for the demands of everyday life. â€śI believe that working out is good for you, but so is laughing and having fun. Iâ€™m always seeking to understand what activities and lifestyle choices are sustainable for a client not only while theyâ€™re in the gym, but in their day-to-day life as wellâ€ť.
Originally an East Coast native, Mary Catherineâ€™s passion for fitness and outdoor activity led her out West where she attended the University of Colorado Boulder and eventually settled in the Bay area. Her comprehensive programs will help you exceed your physical goals and positively change your body, while focusing on nutrition, injury prevention, flexibility and increased energy output. Whether your goal is increased muscle tone, to remain healthy during and after pregnancy, trim off extra pounds, or prepare your body for a demanding sport or endurance event, her high-intensity training and synergistic approach can help you achieve these goals in half the time.
