At the age of 12 Levon began studying the martial art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and continued his martial arts studies to include Western Boxing and then Muay Thai kickboxing. He currently holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and competes in full contact mixed martial arts events with an 6/0 record in amateur MMA.
Holding a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Levonsâ€™ passion is to improve human performance and reduce injury by applying the structural and functional principles of the musculoskeletal system through the use of specific exercise sequences.
Whether you want to incorporate fight drills into your work out routine or simply learn to use the full ranges of motion that the body was designed for Levon has the real world experience coupled with the training acumen to make you your best.
Having a personal trainer not only teaches you to work out safely but keeps you consistent which is the key to changing your body and your physiology.
We will pair you with a Certified Personal Trainer with whom you will build a relationship that motivates you to work harder and more efficiently than any of us would do alone.
