Joanne Conroy studied under Michele Klink, a very well respected teacher in Marin County to hone her own yoga style. She received her 200 hour RYT certification from Yogaworks in Mill Valley in 2014 where the method includes both precise instruction of alignment and fluid movement of breath.
Joanne enjoys utilizing her specialized training in Yin Yoga to create skillful and safe sequencing, with appropriate modifications, to provide an injury-free practice for students of all different types.
