Certified Personal Trainer
Jennifer Richard has always had a combined passion for understanding individuals in society and being an active and healthy person herself. After earning a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Sociology, Jennifer decided to intertwine her two passions and pursue a career in personal training. In 2005, she received a personal training certification through ACSM. When not working with clients, Jennifer enjoys running, biking, hiking, weight lifting, and is learning how to play tennis.
As a parent of two children, Jennifer understands the importance of being able to actively participate in everyday activities with family and friends.

To be stronger, to be faster, to have more flexibility, to gain range of motion, to increase endurance, to be able to do what you loveâ€¦ all of these changes can be achieved through some type of fitness program. As a personal trainer, I love helping my clients reach their unique fitness goals.â€ť
Jennifer works with clients to increase core strength, improve cardiovascular health, and improve overall balance and stability. She also has a great deal of experience training clients who are looking to lose weight, gain muscle mass, and/or create muscle definition.
Having a personal trainer not only teaches you to work out safely but keeps you consistent which is the key to changing your body and your physiology.
We will pair you with a Certified Personal Trainer with whom you will build a relationship that motivates you to work harder and more efficiently than any of us would do alone.
Your trainer will guide you to long term weight loss and healthy habits by creating ways to eat and work out that are painless (well maybe a little bit of fun pain) and fun.
