Greg has been training in Marin for nearly 20 years. Specializing in body mechanics, and utilizing hybrid techniques drawn from strength training, power lifting, yoga, Pilates and body building, Greg continues to bring new levels of success to everyone from trained athletes to those just starting out. With a competitive background in a multitude of sports, anatomy arts, and bodywork Greg Is not only qualified but also has been certified by several leading boards including ACE and Nautilus as well as being a member of the Nation Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
â€śMy clients are usually the naturally motivated type who enjoys getting the most from their time in the gym. They set the bar high and I show them how to reach it in a safe, productive and efficient mannerâ€ť.
Greg also has a high success rate working in pre opâ€™ conditioning and post opâ€™ rehab as well as post rehab strength training. â€śMy training philosophy is to tailor the workouts to fit each clientâ€™s personality and lifestyle. Eating foods that you donâ€™t enjoy or doing exercises that arenâ€™t fun or stimulating seems like a waste of time. If one knows what to look for there are plenty of exercise and nutritional paths that will lead them to their goals and beyond. Iâ€™m not only training the clientâ€™s body but I also teach them what to look for and how to analyze their exercises and routines. Helping them tap into the bodyâ€™s feedback cycle so they can always be moving forward in a rewarding, safe and effective manner is what itâ€™s all aboutâ€ť.
