Diana Williams Diana has been coaching and training since the early 1980’s. As a competitive swimmer through college, she expanded her race menu to include running, cycling, and triathlons. She received her M. ED in Physical Education with intensions of teaching and coaching. After years of teaching and coaching experience, as well as owning and running several gyms and personal training businesses, she eventually took a break from competing to start a family. Over time it became clear that personal fitness training was the more rewarding way for her to help people reach their fitness goals.
Diana’s Masters degree, ACSM certification, and professional memberships to IDEA and NSCA provide a good balance to her competitive background in swimming, running, and triathlons.
The experience she has gained working in conjunction with physical therapists and other health practitioners has given here a unique edge to providing safe and effective fitness programs.
One of the most important things Diana offers is her ability to listen to and provide solutions for the fitness goals of her clients. There are a variety of ways to reach your goals if you are open and willing. Let experience lead the way!
