Amber has been a lifelong athlete with a hugely varied background in athletic endeavors from bmx stunt riding, Parkour and gymnastics. With multiple college degrees including an Associate in Dance and a Bachelor’s in Psychology/Neural Physiology Amber incorporates disciplines of many types to achieve fitness, both physical and mental.
As a student and practioner of Wing Chun Kung Fu and kickboxing Amber will often incorporate martial arts training mixed with weight training for a full complement of body strengthening. She currently teaches Pilates FitFormer work but is partial to outdoor sports, bootcamp style training, trail running and mountain biking. She specializes in flexibility training, military-style fitness and Kickboxing training. Amber is also a meditation coach teaching and leading meditation and visualization for deep relaxation, centeredness, stress reduction and energy awareness as well as performance enhancement for any sport or a happy life in general.
Having a personal trainer not only teaches you to work out safely but keeps you consistent which is the key to changing your body and your physiology.
We will pair you with a Certified Personal Trainer with whom you will build a relationship that motivates you to work harder and more efficiently than any of us would do alone.
