Christine is a Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer with 28 years experience in the gym industry. A background of dance in high school and college led Christine into the Pilates and aerobics studio in 1992. She transitioned into teaching a variety of group fitness classes since then including Dance, Step, Cardio- Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates Mat, Cycling, Water Aerobics, Body Conditioning, and Yoga. She has also managed group fitness programs for various health clubs and was Coastside Pop Warner Cheerleaders Choreographer in 2003 and 2004, taking the team to National Championships both years.
As a mother of 3 children, Christine has an understanding of what it’s like to be “too busy to work out” and the demands of daily life. Her passion for health and fitness are what helps her motivate her clients to reach their goals whether it’s weight loss, strength building, muscle tone or endurance training. She uses her extensive experience in all facets of fitness training to guide clients of all ages to be their best but specializes in functional core training and Pilates based training to create a program uniquely designed for each clientâ€™s needs.
