During this 90 minute consultation, Brittany will dig deep into your goals, lifestyle and eating habits. Brittany will create a customized plan with recipes and supplements to help you reach your goals in a sustainable and manageable way. You will also be provided with a suggested shopping guide and grocery list.
Grocery or farmers market walks: $75
Take a field trip with Brittany to your local grocery store or farmers market where she will educate you on all of the nutrient dense foods and super-foods that you should have in your kitchen. She will explain which healthy foods can replace the not-so-healthy foods in your pantry and kitchen.
1:1 Cooking: $150
Brittany will come to your home and teach you how to make delicious healthy snacks and meals. She will get you started with easy-to-make recipes that you can make on your own on a regular basis.
